This sermon looks at "the Ten Words," better known as the Ten Commandments. This code of law found in Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 is the basis for Western Civilization ethical and judicial standards (though those are eroding by the day). We consider the fact that the Ten Commandments and the covenant those represent are no longer the covenant we are under today. We also consider how covenants have both restrictions and requirements.
