The organization of the church matters because Jesus died for the church (Ephesians 1:22, 23). He has all authority over it (Matthew 28:18). That means we have no right to change what the Lord established and what is revealed in His word regarding the church. Churches of men dishonor the Savior when they establish their own organizations.
