Romans (5b): chapter 4:13-25

God promised Abraham he would be heir of all nations — but how? In this study of Romans 4:13-25, we explore how that promise was fulfilled not through the Law but through the righteousness of faith, opening the door to all people, not just the Jews. We examine Abraham's remarkable trust in God's promises despite impossible circumstances — his aged body and Sarah's barrenness. Finally, we see why Abraham's example was recorded for us: to encourage us to trust God's promises of forgiveness, strength in temptation, and an eternal home — because when we trust God, we honor Him.
