This Bible study examines the account of Achan and how his sin affected the nation of Israel. Just when they experienced a great victory at Jericho, the Israelites suffered a painful defeat at Ai because of one man’s violation of God’s command. We, too, can devastate the well-being and progress of those around us because of our sin. Among the things discussed is how sin tends to come out and how its pleasure is limited and brief.
