The lack of patience led king Saul into sin (1 Sam. 13:8-10). It causes us trouble in our lives, often involving sin in attitude, words, and deeds. It also causes problems for those around us. The Bible directs us to pursue patience (1 Tim. 6:11). This lesson examines the topic by looking at examples of men who were patient in various circumstances and things the Bible says will help us build our patience.
